Starting this blog with motivation of my loving husband who always finds hidden talent in me…!!!! Cooking is something I believe is daily routine. I like to make this daily routine fun, quick, healthy, different yet YUMMY..!!!  But one BIG question I face everyday is what to make for dinner or lunch..??? Always ask my husband and brother – in – law…Answer is “Je banavu hoy te” (Means whatever you wish to make..)And there lies the question still unanswered.. !!! I am sure everyone out there is facing the same question every day. After coming from work.. I would like to make something really quick, healthy and tasty..!! Well there are taste buds to cater along with stomach.!!! 🙂 🙂

Well to resolve that question, I would ask my mom and mother – in – law for recipes. But then I would also look out for some new recipes from various cookery shows, and well renowned chefs’ Facebook pages and videos. Here on my blog I would like to share one amalgamation of time tested recipes and some variation recipes tested in my home kitchen… hoping you like the recipes that I share with you in future.

Eating is an important activity, which is required in order to live. It is God, who has created each and every thing. Food, hunger, living beings, all of them form the part of God’s creation. One should remember God, the omnipresent, who has given both, sweet and sour delicacies to satisfy our taste-buds. Following is the Sloka/ Shloka which can be recited while eating or taking your food.

“Brahmaarpanam Brahma Havih Brahmaagnau Brahmana Hutam,
Brahmaiva Tena Gantavyam Brahmakarmasamaadhina”
